• Nutrition  : x est la science qui interprète les nutriments et autres substances dans les aliments en relation avec le maintien, la croissance, la reproduction, la santé et la maladie d’un organisme. Il comprend l’ingestion, l’absorption, l’assimilation, la biosynthèse, le catabolisme et l’excrétion. x is the science that interprets the nutrients and other substances in food in relation to maintenance, growth, reproduction, health and disease of an organism. It includes ingestion, absorption, assimilation, biosynthesis, catabolism and excretion.
